£20,000 - £25,000 + Excellent Training + Career Progression + Company Bonus + Share Save Scheme

Bourne, LincolnshireAre you a CAD Technician looking to join a rapidly growing company who will offer a range of training to develop your skills and great progression opportunities?On offer is a varied role which includes designing, assisting and organising teams, and co-ordinating projects. You will receive ongoing training to progress your skill and technical knowledge and will have the change to progress to higher level roles.The company has been established for 20 years and has doubled in size over the past few years, working regionally to build and design new houses. They have an extremely low staff turnover rate and this, along with their commitment to training makes them an enviable company to work for.This role will suit a CAD Technician, or perhaps a Graduate, who is keen to kick-start their career and really develop their CAD skills.The Role:

- Design using CAD packages (AutoCAD)

- Co-ordinating various construction projects

- Communicating with external consultants

- Lots of training and progressionThe Person:

- Experience working with CAD

- Basic construction and technical knowledge
