This company are the global leader for the supply and maintenance of customer shopping trolleys, shop fitting solutions, airport trolley products and roll cages.

As part of the Car Park Management Team you will be required to oversee and supervisor the collection of abandoned trolleys and ensure that they are quickly returned to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition. You will also provide training for your team, be involved with hiring, conducting staff reviews, manage the barrier systems and help with any customer issues.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience and have supervised a team.

The role*To assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by your immediate Regional Manager.

*Onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the site is always in a clean and presentable condition, this includes litter picking in and around the site and ensuring flower beds, car parking spaces and customer facing areas are free from litter and rubbish.

*Responsible for operational performance with regard to staff under your control.

*Supervise the team under your control ensuring adherence to the company's HR policies, health and safety policies and procedures inclusive of all applicable Safe systems of work.

*Motivate, train and develop a flexible team that will provide the highest standard of service to our customer minimising and non-productive time.

*Undertake the accurate recording and timely referral of timesheets to the head office.

*Liaise with store managers and staff to help develop and maintain excellent working customer relationships.

*You will also be required to complete a weekly roster, provide training and coaching to all staff to ensure that they are able to undertake the requirements of their contracts of employment.

The person:*Candidates must have supervisory, team leader of management experience.

*Experience in training others.

*Able to use computers and tablets.

*Proactive and good customer service skills.

*Full clean driving licence
