Technical Analyst - £40,000 + Benefits

A leading, independent school based in Winchester is looking for an IT Technical Analyst to join their expanding IT team of 9. You will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, wireless networks, Hardware devices, software and services as well as designing and testing new technical solutions. Experience of working with managed desktop and mobile build environments is essential.

Skills / Environment

*TCP/IP fundamentals including VLAN technologies

*Microsoft Windows-based networks and servers, including Active Directory

*Microsoft operating systems including Windows 10

*Corporate LANs, WiFi Networks, and Mobile technology including MS Surfaces

*Experience of rolling out new infrastructure installations

*Ability to construct a UAT testing programme

*Microsoft technical qualifications would be an advantage

*Experience of software deployment, remote management and end-user experience management technologies would be highly desirable

Role Overview

As the successful Technical Analyst, you will act as a mentor to junior colleagues, supporting all IT requirements.

The department is undergoing huge development, as it moves towards a new phase of expansion, progress and growth. Great time to be joining this small, yet growing team, who offer a great environment to work, with low staff turnover.

Salary: up to 40K
