Are you looking to join an expanding company who work on a range of bespoke projects including Satcoms, specialist communications systems, Cube Sats and their own proprietary software? On offer is a position where you will be involved full stack development, working as part of a small team (4-5 developers) working on bespoke products for MOD, Marine & Space applications. Ideally you will be an adaptable person and open to learning new systems and languages. You will receive full support and technical development on a range of systems and have a constant focus on your personal development. This company are well established, operate a flexible working policy regarding hours and being open for colleagues being able to working from home. Working alongside industry experts but within a small specialist project team, you will be responsible for the start to finish development, seeing the end results of your work and being able to make a real difference. Main languages include Python, JavaScript and Java. Other languages and cross development training include C, C++, QT, TCP / IP stack, cucumber, HP Qt, Selenium, and GUI including Grafana / Nagios etc. Please note that Python and JavaScript experience is essential. Perfect opportunity for an experienced software developer to join a small close knit team where you will be nurtured and have development on a range of software and have technical development of bespoke communications products. The Role: * Take technical responsibility for the complete product lifecycle (All software related to product)* Main development language - JavaScript, Python,* Others languages C, C++, IP* Automated Test Environments (Cucumber / Gherkin)* Working within a close knit software team* On the job training (Network optimisation, Apps for mobile devices, web apps)* Friendly, Flexible and technology driven work environment. The Person: * Python, JavaScript, Java experience* Knowledge of GUI's Agile not essential but highly desirable!* Experience working across full product life cycle* Looking to technical develop experience across multiple languages and technologies * Interesting in brand new technology within communications systems and data service * Looking to working within a friendly, highly skilled but small software team.
