My client is currently recruiting for Transport Management Systems Project Manager on an initial 6 month contract based in the Essex area.

This will be an 18 month project on a 5 year programme so has plenty of scope for extensions.

Responsibility:

*Core IT Project Manager with strong governance, planning, control, reporting

*Background in relevant TMS related projects and logistics/warehouse type understanding

*Good mix of business transformation and technical understanding (not looking for a techy but someone who can talk to techies competently and tease out issues/detail)

*Third party management track record

Essential Experience

*Transportation Management System Hosting and Software - ideally Roadnet to be hosted in cloud environment

*Transportation Management System

*Support & Maintenance

*Syntelic Load planning -

*STS Integration to SWMS

This role is paying between £500- £600 p/day for the right candidate.
