Design Engineer role on offer where you will be in involved in the full design-cycle, as well as helping to support manufacturing staff in the development of new and existing products.

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with knowledge of AutoCAD? Do you have experience of working within a manufacturing environment?

Established almost 50 years ago, this company specialise in the production of high quality precision equipment within their both UK and Worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a design engineer who can help drive these processes forward and continue this company growth.

In this role you will be given full training and will eventually be involved in the full lifecycle of design from initial customer query through to the finished product, mainly using AutoCAD to render 2D drawings, although there will be an element of 3D design as well. On top of this, you will help create innovative design concepts and take an active role in the development of new processes and practices.The ideal Candidate will be an experienced design engineer with strong knowledge of AutoCAD, looking to join a company that pride themselves on offering excellent development and training to their employees to ensure they are able to build a long-term career

*£35,000 - £42,000 + TrainingThe Person:

*Knowledge of working on 2D drawings using Solidworks

*Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
