Key Experience:At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing end-to-end digital projects (e.g., website development and mobile application development projects) using Agile methodology and tools (including JIRA, Confluence)Experienced at managing key stakeholders at all levels, preferably within a Public sector environment to ensure project delivery in line with scope, key milestones and budgetProficient at managing project budgets (£m+) and resource planning for their projectsEffective project planning, management, and reporting to key stakeholders including the Digital Programme DirectorPlanning and facilitation of project team meetings with experience of leading Agile delivery teams (including offshore/nearshore) including Product OwnersCertified SCRUM Master, experienced in running Scrums/Stand-ups, Sprint planning and management on Agile projects (including leading sprint reviews/retrospectives)Previous experience of creating project communications to inform and engage key stakeholders in relation to the project deliverablesExperienced at managing vendor and other third-party relationshipsSolid experience of project managing the implementation of large-scale research management systems. Key Skills / Capabilities:A solid understanding of project management and governance including experience of preparing RAID logs, RACI matrix, risk management/mitigation, creating terms of reference and running project boards and steering groupsAbility to work at pace and motivate project teams to achieve project delivery in line with key milestonesOffice 365 skills including experienced user of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint etc.Able to manage vendor/third party relationships effectively on their projectsOrganised, analytical, and accurate with good attention to detailExperience in transitioning new systems into ProductionExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communicationComfortable leading and presenting at project meetings (to key stakeholders at all levels)Able to successfully manage projects to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressureLeading Internal Resources effectively to ensure delivery of project deadlines. Additional Skills / Qualifications:User-centric approach with a basic understanding of user experience principles (and preferably awareness of the Government Digital Service Design Principles)Conscientious, self-motivated, and enthusiasticGraduate in technology-related disciplinePRINCE II, ITIL and/or MSP certification preferred
