Job Title: Business Analyst ConsultantSuitable For: Lead Business Analyst, Business Analysts, BA, SDLCSalary: £47,000 to £50,000, Plus Bonus, Leave: 24 Days Holiday + 8 BHs (Can increase to 28 with service)Location: UK with Travel, First placement likely London (Mileage and Expenses Paid)Work Pattern: Fulltime Monday to FridayIndustry: IT/ConsultancyDuration: PermAccess Talent are Project and Programme Resourcing Specialists for the permanent, contract and interim market.OverviewWorking in a client facing role in a truly varied and exciting role, on customer site - the Business Analayst will undertake a range of tasks from, process design, identifying process waste and inefficiencies, workshop facilitation, process mapping, controls design, time management etc. at all levels for various internal process and systems in order to meet clients' needs and will be working on a general range of Performance Improvement projects.The Business Analyst RoleMaintaining and creating process flow diagrams, business requirements, project documentationRequirements gathering, "As is" and "To Be"Undertake process and functional efficiency reviews and provides recommendations for improvementDefine and manage business and systems requirementsDefine original scope, and manage subsequent changes to scope and ensure correct level of challenge to the business' requirementsProduce progress reportsUndertake review (health-check) and process reviewsSupport the design, test and implementation of new processes and systems requirementsRunning one to one client interviews and workshopsProvides support to the project team as requiredLead communications and business change elements of a project in the absence of a dedicated project managerSkillsExcellent Business Systems Analysis skills and experience of managing complex requirementsAbility to interpret and translate Business process requirementsExcellent communication skills, with ability to manage stakeholder workshopsExperience using Visio, MS OfficeCRM, ERP, CMS systems exposure useful.CharacteristicsCredible business adviserHighly articulate, well-presented, analytical, logical but crucially with strong relationship skillsGood presentation skillsSelf-StarterHighly adaptable with a strong "can do" attitudeProject Scoping - Quick learnerStrong personal organisation and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, with ability to manage stakeholder workshopsAble to utilise business improvement tools and techniques such as Lean, problem solving (root cause analysis, 5 Whys, 6W, brainstorming) We aim to respond to all applicants within 15 days - to avoid missing out please apply today.
