Senior Change Control Manager The ideal candidate will function as the owner of project / business case change control across the client's project portfolio. The role is responsible for change management framework finalisation, communication, implementation, operationally managed and adhered to, and onward efficiency enhancement and maintenance. You will guide a team to oversee day to day change operations to ensure that project change is efficiently managed across the client.The manager should be deeply knowledgeable of ITIL, change management tools and philosophy, business integration of change management in order to oversee the discipline. Their knowledge of best practice change management must be evident within his team and modelled and well adaptable to improve the effectiveness and consistency of delivery for the company.Success of the team is defined providing a clear, quick, efficient project change function across the clients project portfolio Market rateDuration: 3 months Location: London

Responsibilities:Implement a structured and regulatory compliant change control methodology and framework. Be the champion for change control and lead change control activities across the global organisation.Create and implement Standard Operating Procedure which includes the change control methodology and related processes.Develop and execute a set of actionable items and targeted change management plans to support adoption of the changes required by the organisation. This includes change control strategy, communications plan, sponsor roadmap/coaching plan, training plan, and appropriate metrics (KPIs) to monitor the health of the change control program.With support from a small team, onwardly support the change control process and workflow, providing information about potential changes, the 'events' driving them, handling (mitigation etc). Own open changes and drive each to closureOversee the robust change control impact assessment process, which takes into consideration all of the possible effects a process and/or product related change could have on the organisation. Ensure downstream work products are accounted for, and when necessary, updated in accordance with the aforementioned change control process.Design, develop, and execute change control training strategy and plan including conducting training needs analysis, curriculum development, content development and training delivery.

Job Requirements:Extensive change management experience with multifunctional teams both customer facing and technical in natureAbility to build and manage IT-to-business relationships; ability to facilitate, communicate, lead, and work with large cross-functional teams.Strong customer service orientation, leadership and people management skills. Ability to balance a wide variety of prioritiesStrong project management skills including planning, organising, and prioritisingThe ideal candidate will have worked for companies with engineering organisations and will have a track record of handling organisation change process implementation.Broad current knowledge of business technology applications, current trends in IT, and experience evaluating/implementing change management solutions and processes.Ability to build and manage IT-to-business relationships; ability to facilitate, communicate, lead, and work with large cross-functional teams.
