Software Tester/QA - Permanent

York

£30000 - £40000 per annum

Based just outside of central York our prestigious client is looking for a Tester/QA to come and grow their fast-growing tech team. You will be responsible for the testing of customer products as well as back-end systems. You will be working closely with their Developers, Product Owners and Managers to ensure that projects are completed to their high company standards. Testers with an Automation background will thrive in this in environment whereas if youre a Manual tester this is a great opportunity for you to pick up valuable automation experience on the job.

Skills, Duties & Requirements:

* Creating & maintaining test cases from various specifications

* Retesting

* Various types of testing such as; UAT, Regression, Integration and Systems

* Identifying data and addressing the cause of issues

* Working with the IT & Marketing Teams

* Experience in using Webdriver/Selenium (Desirable)

* Someone who has experience in Mobile testing (desirable)

* Someone with Programming experience (Desirable)
