This is an exciting time to join our marketing team as we develop new and innovative capabilities in digital and programmatic. With a proven track record of working in analytics to inform and optimise effectiveness, you'll have an integral role in providing data and insights to help us meet our marketing and organisational objectives.
Establishing robust tracking, analysis and reporting are key elements of the role - monitoring campaign performance, providing regular insights to inform our decision-making and suggesting ways to improve. Familiarity with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform and Doubleclick search for advertisers is important and an understanding of Google Tag Manager is ideal, as this is a key area of focus for us.
You'll work closely with our CRM team to grow our database, improve the way we use it, and develop our data-driven approaches to support all our marketing activities.
As someone who is organised and experienced in working collaboratively, you'll develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external agencies involved in our marketing delivery.
NCVO is fully committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in our sector. We want this to be reflected in the diversity of the people who work for us and we welcome applications from people from all backgrounds.
