Technical Tester / QA Test Engineer (Agile TDD). Would you like to work for a technology driven company that respects the role of testing within the software development lifecycle, where you will partner collaboratively with software engineers and have influence on development best practice?

As a Technical Tester you'll be an integral part of an Agile development team, evangelising good testing practice. You'll be involved in designing the features and work, definition of the scope of testing and will partner with developers to create automated tests; supporting regular releases to the live environment via Continuous Delivery with the emphasis on pro-active testing as opposed to reactive.

Based in Basingstoke, with parking available, you will be working in spacious offices with various breakout areas and can enjoy an excellent work / life balance (with some flexible working opportunities); regular hack-a-thons, coding katas, "lunch and learn", training courses and conferences. You'll be supported and encouraged to develop your skills in a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to the open source community

Requirements:

Strong software testing experience including test management, planning, estimation and test data management

Familiar with Exploratory Testing

Understand the position of testing within Agile Continuous Delivery environments

Naturally curious, self-starter with the desire to really establish yourself as a software tester
