ERP Account Manager-Construction-Remote-£70k + OTEERP Account Manager-Construction-Remote-£70k + OTE The opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Account Manager with strong knowledge of both ERP and the construction vertical to join a leading Construction ERP partner on a remote working basis. The company in question are a Construction ERP partner who are well incredibly established within the vertical-having been seen as one of the premier Construction specific ERP providers in the UK for a number of years.You will be selling the company ERP offering into an installed base of 15 key accounts based from the Manchester area down to the South-you will be expected to undertake a fair amount of travel to customer sites, and as such this role would ideally suit someone who is based within the aforementioned geographical region. You will develop trusted advisor status with all stakeholders within said organisations, as well as being required to undertake meticulous account planning and analysis in order to identify additional revenue streams to target within them. In terms of package, they are offering a basic salary of up to £70k (dependent on experience), with an additional £30k commission structure-totalling a £100k OTE should you be successful in hitting your targets. There is also an additional car allowance available on top of this, amounting to an additional £5k. You will also be allowed to work remotely-there will be an expectation to attend the company offices on occasion for sales meetings, however you will be given a great degree of autonomy as to how you manage your diary. You will be selling into organisations of £100k-£1bn turnover, with deal sizes typically between the £250k-£500k range. In terms of candidate profile, they are looking for someone with strong experience of selling ERP solutions into an installed account base, with strong exposure to the construction vertical. Given that you will be selling into large deal sizes and high turnover companies, demonstrable experience of successfully managing tier 1 and tier 2 accounts is also of paramount importance. Key skills are outlined below;Previous experience in ERP Account Management is essential (Construction industry experience also essential)Previous experience successfully selling into tier 1 & 2 accounts is essentialAn ability to uncover new revenue streams within existing accounts as well as resolving issues within themA self-driven and determined personalityThe ability to work independently as well as part of a larger teamThe interview process for this role is anticipated to involve 2 steps-an initial phone based interview followed by a face to face in the company offices.
