Software/ Technical Business Analyst required!

My client is an internationally renowned Digital Travel Company based in Central London. Following a very successful 12-24 months they are looking to re-invest profits made into the IT department, starting with a couple of key hires in the Business Analysis Team.Demonstrable Experience in the following areas would be beneficial:Stakeholder management and engagement skills including Business, IT and 3rd Party VendorsDrive and self-initiative. Able to see problems through to conclusion, irrespective of delay, opposition, diversion or lack of product knowledgeAble to take ownership and responsibility to identify issues and risks and drive stakeholders to resolution and management of theseKnowledge of Agile methodology especially writing and managing user storiesThe ability to storyboard and lead solution scoping process whilst ensuring all stakeholders are informed and clear on project activity/ involvementUnderstanding of technical concepts and models is criticalEffective problem solving and analytical skills to assist the team to identify and remove obstaclesAbility to contribute to the continuous improvement of team and business processesAble to work to tight timescales, prioritise tasks and meet all schedules set by your manager

For this role my client is looking to compensate the ideal Business Analyst with a generous salary of £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits + bonus and very real scope for career progression as the company expands over the coming years. They are based in Central London so are easily accessible from Greater London and the surrounding counties.
