Project Manager (Workforce Management)

We are looking for a Project Manager (Workforce Management) for a prestigious global retailer based in London.

The ideal Project Manager (Workforce Management), would have extensive experience of Workforce Management System implementations. Any experience with Reflexis would be highly advantageous.

*Management and resolution of system issues

*Creation and maintenance of system configuration

*Management of updates and new functionality within core WFM systems

*Project Management

*Excellent report development capability

*Experience of WFM systems

*Able to organise own work and to take initiative

*Good communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision making

*Resilient, able to work effectively under pressure, manage a diverse and competing workload ensuring deadlines are met

*Proactive and good team player
