Senior Tax Manager (m/w/d) - permanent Aufgaben:Leading the Corporate Tax compliance processes by supporting preparation by outside advisors in Germany, Austria and Netherlands and reviewing tax returns for these and other continental European jurisdictionsResearching and analyzing corporate tax issues that arise in connection with tax planning initiatives and business venturesProviding tax accounting guidance for tax planning initiatives and business transactionsProviding execution support for tax planning initiatives, including preparing step plans, monitoring project status, and resolving issuesSupporting tax audits by building relationships with tax authorities and responding to their inquiriesLeading tax accounting, forecasting and reporting for for current and deferred taxesLeading the development & maintenance of the Tax Control Framework, especially with respect to tax compliance guidelines & proceduresLeading functional analysis and documentation in the context of VAT mattersWorking closely with the global Transfer Pricing Team and external advisors on analysis and documentation to meet local Transfer Pricing requirements Anforderungen:Completed university degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law and/or Business Administration; a German Tax Advisor certification (Steuerberaterexamen) is beneficial but not mandatoryIdeally about 8 or more years of Corporate Tax and Tax Accounting experience with a public accounting firm or multinational company, with focus on Financial Services at bestExperience in leading Corporate Tax projects in an international environmentFluent German and EnglishStrong analytical and Excel skills with attention to detailSolid communication, interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize Bei Interesse freue ich mich auf Ihre Rückmeldung und bitte Sie, mir Ihren aktuellen CV an s.sausenthaler[a]huxley.com zu senden.
