Systems and Reporting Analyst

I'm currently looking for a Systems & Reporting Analyst for a 6 month contract joining a key client of mine starting within the next 2 weeks based near Parramatta. Daily rate to candidate for this role is $600 - $800 per day inclusive of super. Please note Essential skills for this role below: Advanced ExcelSAP HCM experience to understand where the data sits and how it is connected (no configuration experience required)Spinifex Easy Reporter experience Accountability's for the role include:Produce adhoc reporting on an as needs basisPerform data integrity reporting within SuccessFactors & SAP and highlight data issues found to appropriate team for resolutionProduce data reporting and analytics from Spinifex within agreed People Services SLA's (48 hrs) or as agreed with stakeholder if outside SLAProvide great customer service to stakeholders, continually exceeding expectationsEnsure accurate and complete documentation is maintainedAct as a systems analyst for changes requiredLook to improve integration's through data extracts from SpinifexSkills:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced reporting and problem solving skillsData analysis and presentationEffective business partnering skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular advanced excel skillsAbility to think creatively, understand stakeholders needs in order to realise opportunitiesKnowledge:Basic understanding of Human Resource Information SystemsWorking knowledge of SAP HCMMust have experience in Spinifex Easy Reporter For more information please speak to Jamie Hanlon at Progressive IT
