£60k - £70k This is an opportunity for a Team Lead to join a well-structured team using the PHP Symfony framework. The team is currently 10 people but will be split in to two teams of 5, each team lead by a different Team Lead. The two teams will be working across different projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that is both challenging and rewarding. This role will be roughly 70% hands-on coding but will also entail a proportion of hands-off work, being responsible for the leadership of your team, ensuring that you lead the delivery from a technical point of view. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews and mentoring the more junior members of the team.
