Senior HR Business Partner. My multinational client within the Semiconductor sector has an urgent requirement for a Senior HR Business Partner within their offices based in East Anglia. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years relevant HR Business Partner experience and any exposure within the Semiconductor/Manufacturing sector would be highly advantageous.Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor degree and MCIPD qualification is desirable6 years HR experience preferably within a Semiconductor/Manufacturing/Science/Engineering environment.The ability to resolve complex issues with multiple matrix relationships in a large international commercial company.
