Their ability to stay at the forefront of their industry is due to the ongoing stream of design concepts and product development opportunities they generate.2019 to 2020 is going to be an exciting time for this company as they are due to launch a new product range which the successful candidate will play a major role in and they are moving into a purpose built site which is special designed to support and get the most out of the design/development and R&D departments.The main purpose of this role is to provide a broad range to support for manufacturing, engineering, lean process, projects and quality team, material planning, customer service, supplier development and production.You will also provide support to develop and improve current processes/ systems plus support/ select the introduction of new process and equipment used on current future products.This role is an exciting development opportunity working across multi- disciplines to achieve the introduction of new products into this companies manufacturing sites across the globe.This is a great role for a graduate to join a company that will invest heavily into your development.The role:

*Part of a 2 year graduate development program

*Provide support to develop and improve current processes and systems.

*Work with technicians and external companies to design, develop and build jigs.

*Progression into manufacturing or quality management.

*Liaising with vendors/ suppliers in the implementation of engineering changes.

*Providing research support to project teams.

*Excellent training.The person:

*Candidates need to have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.

*Interested in a career in manufacturing and operations management.
