They offer flexible working practices, with 50% of working days spent in the comfort of your own home and 50% on client sites; all expenses covered.They are seeking someone to perform a 'hybrid' job role, holding expertise in both Power BI and Analytics. Help contribute to their aim of making clients more data driven, and really make a difference to clients systems and efficiency in business practice.Job responsibilities include:Requirements gathering and development of analytics following company guidelines and processesSupporting the Lead Public Sector Consultant to gather analytics requirements with business usersContinually engaging with end users to ensure outputs are answering key business questionsIdentifying data requirements to support analysis, including internal and external data sourcesData analysis using a range of methods, applying statistical techniques and tools where relevantEnd-to-end development of reports and dashboards in Power BI, following the BI ReleaseData modelling in Power BI, with advanced knowledge of query development (M) and DAXPublishing, sharing, scheduling refresh and assigning access to reports and dashboards in the Power BI ServiceKeeping up to date with the latest technological developments, continually developing skills and sharing best practice amongst the Business Intelligence Consultant To be successful in this role you must be experienced in Power BI, designing conceptual and logical data models.
