Lead Engineer (Electrical/Electronics)

Location: Gloucestershire

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Due to an increase in demand, we are currently recruiting a Lead Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) at a world-leading Engineering company. Working on Test Systems, this is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your analogue and digital design engineering experience

Role & Responsibilities -

· Scoping, progressing and reviewing solutions

· Managing project scope, schedules and plans

· Driving process and material cost reductions

· Reviewing processes and recommending design reviews

· Managing the installation of new test equipment

· Managing FRACAS activities

· Proposing design solutions and improvements

Experience & Requirements -

· Qualification in electronic/electrical discipline, or equivalent suitable experience

· Knowledge of electrical and electronic hardware designs

· Strong fault finding and problem solving skills

· 5+ years Analog and Digital experience

· Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering team, e.g. mechanical, software, electrical, systems etc.

· Good organisational and planning skills

· Good stake holder management skills

· Good team player

· Good IT knowledge
