Global Client seeking a SAP Training Manager for a contract role based in West London for a 6 month contract.

- You will have experience of managing large scale training deployments across multiple countries/regions

- You will have extensive experience in the creation and management of Training Needs Analysis

- You will also have experience of managing a complex training environment and proven leadership capability with large teams

Essential Skills:

* Experience in either technical training or learning & development environment. This should also include experience working on transformational change programmes

* Experience of at least 2 multi-national full SAP / ERP training lifecycles, from defining the training strategy and performing the training needs analysis, through to the management of development and delivery plans and evaluation of the training

* Excellent planning and project management skills and stakeholder management skills

* Broad knowledge of SAP modules and functionality
