IT Support Engineer - Macclesfield - £35,000We're on the lookout for an IT superhero! Do you have a well-rounded skillset including Office365 Management as well as networking and CRM support? We're looking for you. The role will require you to:Maintain existing IT SystemsSet up new devices for new staff and for the replacement of old hardwareDeal with IT issues raisedEscalating external support issues to our 3rd party technical partnersCarry out preventative maintenance across a variety of systems Experience with the following is a must:Windows PC's connected to a domain (active directory)Windows Server 2012 and UpAndroid Mobile DevicesCore networking equipment (Ubiquiti and SonicWall)VLAN and WiFi management for high traffic volumesVoIP PhonesUser and permissions management for internal and external applicationsMicrosoft Hyper-V with Replication Experience with the following isn't a must but would benefit your application:Wide Area Networking experienceMulti-Site Active Directory SupportCPanel ManagementLinux Server AdministrationIT support in a retail environmentPrevious Application support experienceZabbix Monitoring What's on Offer?This role is situated within a work environment which prides itself on creativity and a work force which has a desire for innovation and progression.
