Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a challenging, yet rewarding role within a hub of inspiration?
If so, our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work within their Data and Business Technology Team based in Camden, London.
About our client:

By giving young people the chance to engage with the arts through our music, media and performance projects, our client inspires them to reach further, dream bigger, and achieve more.
By 2023 our client will grow the number of young people they work with annually to 10,000 (almost double their current levels!)
In order to achieve this, the organisation needs to widen the access to their creative programmes, grow their commercial streams, continue to produce and present a range incredible artistic work and expand their campus.
However, our client wouldn't be successful without effective and innovative systems and processes and your ability to support constant improvements across the organisation will be critical in making our client a thriving business and charity.
What our client is offering:
This role provides an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a project to review and model new processes across all areas of the organisation. Working closely with the Data and Business Technology team and a wide range of stakeholders, you will be key to designing system and process fit for the next stage of our client's journey, and in general, help to develop the organisation's digital acumen.
This job is for you if you have the:
- Ability to understand organisational needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively to varying levels of technical knowledge
- Experience of business analysis in a digital environment
- Problem solving skills and experience of delivering effective solutions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

A base salary of between £31,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience), benefits and ongoing support and development from your Manager, (the Head of Business System), as you settle into your new role.
