Are you a 2nd Line Support Engineer looking to go down the management route? Are you currently in a man managing position and fancy a change? If so then this role I'm currently recruiting for could be for you!I'm working with an MSP who are looking for an On-Site Team Leader to manage 2nd Line Support On-Site Engineers as well as still being technically involved. You will report directly into the Resource Manager and be the escalation point for the On-Site Engineers and the clients.Key Accountabilities:

Deliver on-site services for the clients, providing excellent customer service and technical support for the end users for both desktop computing and corporate IT services.'€¢
Provide a range of site installations and troubleshooting for various software and hardware products.'€¢
Line Management of on-site engineers.'€¢
Continual Service Improvement Initiatives.'€¢
Onsite handbook, guides and induction process.'€¢
BAU 2nd Line Support.'€¢
Desktop Support'€¢
Telecoms and Network administration.
To do this role you will need:

Ideally IT related qualifications e.g. CompTIA, MCSE, MCSA ect.'€¢
Experience working in a 2nd line support role.'€¢
Excellent communication skills.'€¢
Excellent customer service skills.'€¢
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
