Contracts ManagerOne of the Midlands largest Groundworks companies is looking for Contracts Managers, due to a growing pipeline across the West and East Midlands.They have an exciting portfolio of projects due to start, therefore are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running.This is a great opportunity for experienced Contracts or Project Manager to join a thriving and cash rich company.Contracts Manager RequirementsIn order to apply for this position, you will have previous experience in 278 - 38 works and have residential or commercial experience, working for a sub-contractor.The right applicant will be managing approx. 4 - 8 sites at any one time.Contracts Manager RemunerationLocation: West or East Midlands

Salary: £70,000 + (Negotiable dependent on experience)
