Head of Change

Spring Technology are working in partnership with a highly reputable organisation in York to recruit an established Head of Change to lead and inspire a team of change professionals within a leading service provider.

The Role

As the Head of Change you will report directly to the COO and be responsible for the leadership of a successful Change Team and PMO function. You will play a significant part in the continued growth of the organisation and help shape its future strategy.

The Responsibilities

*Lead the delivery of the change strategy and wider business change agenda

*Lead an effective, high performing Change team and PMO

*Effectively report and communicate progress across projects and programmes.

*Oversee all significant Business Change communications to the business and stakeholders in order that change is effectively planned & received

*Promote business change and continuous improvement ensuring best practice and adherence to the change framework.

The Requirements

*Proven track record of leading a Business Change team and PMO function within a mid to large sized organisation.

*Excellent knowledge and experience in resource and capacity planning.

*Demonstrable experience of working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies across the full Project lifecycle.

*Superb stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders to CXO level.

*Project/Programme Management certification desirable
