If you enjoy working in a tech led start up environment with the financial backing of a market leading fintech business then this is the role for you.We are working with a global market leading business to assist with the growth of their innovation lab, due to this we are looking for an exceptional UX Designer to join the Team in London. This is a senior hire for the business and will give you the opportunity to work with one of the most exciting businesses around.
As the Senior UX Designer you will be responsible for improving existing products and helping to define and build entirely new products and services within the business. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of design-led specialists who work on a large range of projects utilising a multitude of different technologies.
Responsibilities:
Understanding, qualifying and framing the problem/opportunity whilst collaborating with colleagues. Generating UX outputs (flows/wireframes/user stories) Collecting a number of inputs (analytics/user feedback/design critiques). Discussing the outputs with colleagues and customers. Creating UI assets.Essential Skills/Knowledge:
Ability to conduct thorough and well-documented desk research. Comfortable planning and leading meetings/workshops. Able to develop schematics, wireframes and interface designs. Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills. Desired Skills/Knowledge:
Video editing skills. JavaScript. HTML/CSS. User stories and analytics requirements definition.
