We are looking to add to our existing technical team, a service desk analyst, with skills of; Windows OS, Active Directory, ITIL, Networking and VoIP systems. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will utilise your technical skills with; Windows OS, Active Directory, ITIL, Networking and VoIP systems to ensure all incidents are resolved at the quickest possible time, deal with departmental requests, enable technical queries across the business, investigate causes and resolve technical issues, have a clear line of communication to all stakeholders impacted on and escalate when needed. You will use; Windows OS, Active Directory, ITIL, Networking and VoIP systems daily.
