An established digital screen solution company based in High Wycombe is expanding and is recruiting for a Field Network and Audio-Visual Services Engineer to join their team and work on high-profile clients such as Sky, EE and Bannatyne gyms.
The role is varied, you could be working with the shop-fitting team on new installations or diagnosing faults and maintaining equipment
The role includes:
- Installation and maintenance of broadband systems and digital signage networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving faults utilising their own management system and bespoke cloud based platforms
- Rack build and AV/Broadband system preparation prior to installation
- Running and terminating phone lines
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help resolve issues or set up systems
- Supporting Technical Director in evaluation, design and implementation of new technologies, software and applications
You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial installation and maintenance of network and audio-visual systems.
- Experience of installing and maintaining digital signage networks
- Good, fundamental knowledge of networking systems from most major manufacturers including Cisco, Mikrotik, Netgear and Apple
- Good working knowledge of supporting IOS devices

Based in High Wycombe. However, the role will require you to work across the UK and will require driving to and staying near site occasionally when necessary
