WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Desktop Engineer, you will be providing diagnosis of PC hardware, mobile device and other operating systems to ensure fluidity. You will be using your skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PC Hardware, Windows 7/10, CentOS to implement common requests, changes and corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement of existing hardware and server infrastructures. You will be working with other internal teams to work towards reaching the business objectives. This role requires exceptional customer service to ensure all customers receive a clear communication and effective resolution of problems.
