Project Quantity SurveyorCentral London | up to £60,000 An established main contractor who do a lot of their work across major building works and historic/listed-building refurbishments across London are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to come on board and work across a major £5m refurbishment scheme of a heritage building in London ASAP. This is an urgent requirement and interviews are happening this week!Whilst you don't need to have experience on historic/heritage or listed building projects, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor, who can hit the ground running and work autonomously on a challenging and interesting landmark London project.If you are successful in your application, as Project Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team based in London, supported by a leading contractor in the commercial fit out, social housing, education, heritage, public buildings, healthcare, retail, residential and leisure market sectors.This is a great opportunity to fast-track your career within a renowned, established and forward-thinking company who were established two decades ago and can offer exposure to multiple disciplines of construction and quantity surveying.You will be the ideal Project Quantity Surveyor for my client if you are degree qualified and have a wealth of experience in build projects with a main contractor.
