The Directorate is one of the largest departments within Queen Mary, University of London and is committed to supporting and promoting student wellbeing at the College. The post holder will support the Directorate across each of its sections and services specialising in data management, analytics, presenting reports, administering systems and administrative support as required. The post holder will ensure information is accurately recorded and assist in setting up systems to support practices, and be able to demonstrate experience in producing management reports and analysing data. The post holder will be the lead on the implementation of the new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system and managing the delivery and roll out of the system and training. In addition you will need to have extensive experience in project management and the roll out of IT software within a service, providing ongoing support and development for other Estates and Facilities IT systems, liaising with IT on behalf of the Directorate for any queries or support requirements and to support the Head of Directorate Support with financial records, monitoring and tracking. The successful candidate will be educated to degree Level and hold a Database/Data Management Qualification, as well as a Project Management qualification e.g. Prince 2 practitioner or demonstrable experience of project management in an IT related project management role To Apply The post is full time and permanent. The salary range for this post is £37,411 - £44,015 per annum plus a benefits package which includes 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and also an interest-free season ticket loan after a qualifying period.
