Our client is an award winning, highly established leader delivering services to the manufacturing fraternity on a global scale. An exciting position has arisen to join this illustrious organisation to work out of the UK HQ in Fareham (situated between Portsmouth and Southampton).

Working within a small IT Support team, your role as IT Assistant with be to help with the deployment and maintenance of the IT systems, desktop computers and resolve IT customer issues. You will be involved in support the IT networks and general IT Hardware and software troubleshooting that will include looking after Microsoft products including MsOffice and looking after user accounts via Active Directory.

This role may suit an individual who is very confident in their IT support skills looking for their first IT role or perhaps an established IT Support Professional looking to join a stable, global organisation.

This role may suit an individual who has held the following roles: IT Assistant, PC Technician, IT Support Engineer, IT Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, PC Support Analyst.
