Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients.

We are looking for a Head of Property Analytics on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis based in Birmingham.

*Developing the team and working with the wider business and contractors to provide a consistent Key Performance Indicator suite across all Property Services work types ensuring that data management is accurate, efficient and consistent

*Managing the interrogation of systems, retrieval, trend analysis and interpretation of data to inform the business and operational teams of performance levels and identify exceptions that prompt service recovery or improvement

*Managing and monitoring all levels of Complaints across the Directorate, ensuring that responses and follow up actions are dealt with in a timely manner

*Identifying business improvements across the Directorate to reduce escalation of complaints with appropriate actions

*Managing and monitoring the team to ensure all administration tasks are completed within key performance time frames and to an excellent standard

*Ensuring invoice payments are made within required timescales, according to the contract agreements and internal policy

*Working in conjunction with the Finance team, to ensure payments are correctly allocated and coded to the right budgets. Also working with the Director and the Management Team to produce an annual budget for the area services and ensure tight control over the area cost centres

*Developing and implementing an ongoing programme of cross functional audits to evidence procedural compliance and the delivery of a high quality service.

*Supporting the team as a whole in the effective management of external relationships with stakeholders including Internal Customers, Contractors and Consultants

The Head of Property Analytics will be responsible for leading, developing and managing a team to deliver an excellent administrative, scheduling and analysis service across the Property Services function ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to fully support the Directorate's functions
