Recruitment Business Partner - London This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join the team here at Experis, working with one of our FinTech clients based in Central London. The role involves relationship building, project management, problem solving, whilst ultimately driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:To take responsibility for the end to end delivery of contract recruitment solutions for each individual hiring manager and providing relevant documentationEnsure delivery against documented and agreed client SLA's and targets and take remedial action to improve where targets are failing.To act as single point of contact for client business units ensuring a high touch value added service is providedTo work with the Account Director to develop a specific business plan for accountable areas outlining processes and internal SLA'sEffectively manage client expectations and satisfactionTo work with the business units to create, document and execute a recruitment strategy which meets their current and ongoing needsTo create and maintain strong strategic and operational relationships within the business units at all levelsTo liaise with the key functions that support the delivery process including internal delivery teams and external third party agency suppliersDevelop and maintain relationships with both new and existing hiring managersAbility to educate client around the full Experis product set, and using buy in triggers to sell the solutions effectivelyManage a supply chain of 10, continuously reviewing successful routes to market Requirements:You will have an IT recruitment backgroundProactive and professional internal and external relationship managementNatural problem solverInitiative is key and the ability to work autonomouslyDrive to succeedHighly consultative approach with a good work ethic and natural credibilityOrganisational skills with the ability to time manage and prioritise tasksConfident, assertive and fair with strong communication skillsAbility to work to strict deadlines with changing objectivesBe able to work under pressure to short deadlinesInfluencing and negotiation skills
