Data Engineer London to £500 p/day

Data Engineer / ETL Developer (Python Java SQL AWS). Scale-up finance technology software house is seeking a skilled Database Developer with strong ETL experience for a six month contract at their Central London offices.

As a Data Engineer you will build ETL pipelines from a variety of sources and use data modelling to turn them into reportable databases; using the AWS stack to create robust high volume data analytics and data visualisations. You'll develop and deploy big data infrastructure, ensure that your data analysis is well tested and monitored and monitor daily expectation and management reports.

Requirements:

Strong ETL and database design experience

SQL and Python or Java development skills

Broad knowledge of database platforms, SQL and data modelling

Collaborative with strong communication skills
