Nuclear Training Analyst - SC Cleared, submarine, Royal Navy, Systematic Approach to Training. 6 month contract, Devonport, £55 per hour. This role requires SC clearance, you must be eligible and willing to undergo the SC process in order to obtain the role.We are looking for a Nuclear Training Analyst to join a team responsible for ensuring that the arrangements for Nuclear Training, Organisational Appointments and Management of Organisational Change are robust, adequately articulated in DRDL's Business Management System and are effectively implemented within Devonport's nuclear submarine support activities. Main Purpose of Role

The main purpose of this role is to support the analysis, design and development of Nuclear Training Material to support key business priorities and programmes of work.

Whilst the role will report to OCT Management, the individual will be expected to be self-motivated, and able to develop/modify programmes of work to ensure effective delivery.

This role is expected to be required for 6 months from commencement. Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience as a Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) practitioner/ Training Development Manager with experience of working in the submarine enterprise, or a similar nuclear environment.SC Security Clearance is EssentialExperience of conducting Job Competency Analysis is essential.Proven experience of conducting training analysis, design and development in complex, Nuclear or high-hazard industry environmentsExcellent communication skills to enable effective communication with all levels of DRDL's businessExperience of working within the nuclear submarine support environment at Devonport or elsewhere is desirableExperience in the management of processes and adhering to governance structures in a regulatory environmentRecognised qualifications in an appropriate Technical or Management Discipline or demonstrably equivalent experience
