IT Support Manager / 3rd Line Engineer
Looking for an experienced IT engineer / manager with a broad range of skills who is able to be the sole point of contact and hands on resolver of technical issues within a small IT team providing support to circa 250 users. Excellent communication skills with non-technical colleagues will be key. Other contacts in the IT team will be the Head of IT and Business Applications Manager alongside 3rd party IT providers you will have regular dealings with.
The role will be varied in scope covering everything from server and Desktop support (mainly Windows-based) through to Networking and even some Database responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a major IT transformation and be at the forefront of the implementation of their new technology landscape.
