My client is looking for a HR Systems Officer to assist on an initial 6 month contract based in central London.

The HR Systems Officer will support the Head of HR Operations, Recruitment & Systems

and HR Systems Analyst in the delivery of the School's HR strategy.

The focus of the role is to work closely with the Head of HR Operations, Recruitment and Systems and deliver departmental projects efficiently. The role holder will work to tight deadlines, be competent is using intermediate Microsoft Office applications and have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

The candidate will work in HR System team and will be required to run reports on a regular basis using various systems ( Resourcelink, cognos)

-Build Cognos reports to support the user community.

-Advances word and Excel knowledge and experience.

-Customer service experience as the candidate will be independently handling top desk queries.

-Proactive in maintaining data integrity on the systems by supporting the data verification and cleansing process of the ResourceLink system.

-Experience of working with an HR/Payroll system preferably ResourceLink.

-Working knowledge of the requirements of GDPR legislation.

£19 per hour based on 35 hours Inside IR35.
