Business Systems Analyst

Eastleigh, Hampshire

Base to £55k plus benefits

As an established preferred IT /tech recruitment partner to this global manufacturing organisation, we have asked to assist in the hire of a Business Systems Analyst to join their ever growing customer focused IT team.

My client is an ambitious organisation and are looking for a like minded Business System Analyst to come in and provide functional support and help expand their capabilities in the area of packaging systems design, IT Solution design and administration. It will be important for you to have a good understanding of business issues and data challenges of the organisation.

Your role:

*Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for new systems, new interfaces, new processes and new requirements.

*Evaluate local and global system development proposals

*Provide expertise and problem resolutions to the functional departments

*Manage packaging system deployments

*Plan, lead and test implementation, training and support of local projects

*Manage the standard companies global release cycle, including analysis, design and implementation.

*Design or prepare reports using approved system tools.

Skills:

*Supply chain/ Packaging & Distribution experience

*ERP System exposure

*Knowledge of RedPrairie /JDA

*ORACLE EBS

*Experience in communicating with key stakeholders based in UK/US

*8-10 years in a similar role (desirable)

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who:

*Has the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

*Ability to identify critical issues

*Creative thinking beyond set boundaries

*Priorates work to meet deadlines

*Communicate effectively with users to identify needs

*Develop relationships with the userbase

Base to £55k
