Currently working towards the shift-left policy across all business units to identify defects at the earliest possible stage, cutting down the cost and saving time within the quality of delivery.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will be reporting to a QA lead and responsible for testing software using Automated and Manual processes, delivering the results expected of the business. The right candidate will manage a small team of Testers whilst offering training and guidance with your ability to mentor and provide support to each member of the team. You will also interact and liaise with stakeholders from different areas of the business such as product, development and customer service as well as attending QA in SCRUM ceremonies.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…Qualification in an IT related disciplineAbility to work as part of a team and support others.Natural ability to guide others and manage a team working under you.SOAP & REST web API Experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.IT'S NICE TO HAVE…Ability to work well within a teamAbility to pay close attention to detailIdeally hold a testing affiliationAbility to learn quickly and use initiativeTO BE CONSIDERED….
