Project Coordinator/Administrator - Sydney, Pyrmont - 550 inc. super per day - 6 month contract + ext.My client is an industry leading organisation who are looking to take on an experienced Project Administrator to assist with upcoming IT projects. Please see the below job description:Job Outline:Assist project plan including cost, schedule, quality and scope whilst also working with Finance team.Provide frequent status reports whilst monitoring project timelines and matching invoices to purchase orders.Administrating project management tool and following up project managers to obtain necessary information.Communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.Report to Portfolio and Program Office Manager.Job Requirements:At least 5 years' of experience as a Project Coordinator within large organisations.Adept with MS Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with numerous stakeholders via several means - e.g. workshop facilitation.This is an excellent opportunity to work for an industry leading organisation with the potential to extend beyond 6 months based on performance and project.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply via the relevant link with an updated copy of your CV or contact me on 02 9285 1065.
