Project Manager Marketing vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the luxury goods sector.Your experience/skills:2+ years of experience in marketing operations or retail communicationExpertise in stakeholder management and project managementProficient know-how in Excel, as well as of developing efficient collaboration in all levels of an organisationDetail and solutions oriented with a structured way of working and an agile attitudeLanguages: fluent English both written and spokenYour tasks:Reducing the liquidation costs to minimum Providing availability information for the newest tools in collaboration with customer serviceDesigning and controlling a list of tools for every retail campaign and season including details like prices, system numbers, package details and sample imageCollecting market orders and forecasting the amounts for production, as well as evaluating the campaign production quality according to the feedback of the marketProviding abundant sell-in and sell-out tools of communication for each campaign and investigating market inquiries, replacement needs and quality issuesEnsuring retail communication campaign budget frame for tools is in line with market and strategic requirementsCreating and locking timelines with stakeholders for each project within own portfolio and monitoring adherence to project plansStart: ASAP
