I'm currently working with a very successful MSP who due to winning new contracts are looking to expand their On-Site Engineer team. I'm looking for someone with experience in a 2nd line support and/or a desktop support role.In this role you will be providing technical support on site to users, including desktop computing and the corporate IT services e.g. telephony, email, Active Directory and more. As this is a client facing role, excellent customer service skills are required to compliment the technical skills.Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Support (Including Printer Support).'€¢
PC & Laptop Imaging.'€¢
Helpdesk Support.'€¢
Desktop Support.'€¢
VC Support.'€¢
Installations moves and changes.'€¢
1st and 2nd line BAU function.
Technical Experience:
'€¢
Experience in a similar 2nd line Support role.'€¢
Ideally hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, MCDST or CCENT.
Personal Attributes:

Excellent communicator (Both verbal and written).'€¢
Excellent organisation and time management skills.'€¢
Able to build and maintain professional relationships.'€¢
The ability to work under pressure.'€¢
Punctual, reliable and well presented.
