Project Quantity Surveyor:Location: Derbyshire

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

Benefits: Company Car/ Car Allowance, 6% Pension, Healthcare, 25 days holidayProject Quantity Surveyor Summary:I am currently working with a well-established Main Contractor, who are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Derbyshire.They are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to look after several new build Retail, Commercial and Leisure Schemes with values of up to £5mil. The ideal Surveyor will have experience running similar schemes of a similar value.This is a great opportunity for an advanced Quantity Surveyor looking for the opportunity to take the next step into a Project Quantity Surveyor role, or a Project Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge.Project Quantity Surveyor Requirements:-Main Contractor Background

-Stable track record employment

-Looked after similar schemes with values of up to £5mil
