About the roleAs a Scrum Master, you will develop, schedule and drive the delivery of Agile artefacts and ceremonies, championing continuous improvement of Agile practices. You will work closely alongside the Project Managers and Product Owners to present sprint review reports and groom and maintain product backlogs. Additionally, you will maintain an awareness of industry trends and developments in order to provide advice on Agile best practice and identify opportunities for individual and team learning and development, enhancing the organisations overall Agile capability.
