CRM Database Manager
A brand-new role has arisen for a CRM Database Manager to manage all projects, a team of 6 and the development of the CRM for a rapidly growing charity based in Kensington, Central London. As the CRM Database Manager, you will have full control over the CRM Services, Database Administration, Database strategies and more. You need to have brilliant project management skills, CRM knowledge and the ability to manage teams.
As the CRM Database Manager, you will lead on a brand-new CRM implementation which has just gone to the scoping stage and the choice of the CRM will be one of your first responsibilities. You will take lead on this exciting project which is going to revolutionise the way this charity uses its data. You will also be able to make the most of their flexi working and working from home policies.
Skills required for the CRM Database Manager are:
- Strong in a CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Raisers Edge or just a CRM)
- Proven line management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Great communicator and stakeholder management skills

Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 + Excellent benefits
