SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION

Location: Shropshire - West Midlands

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance + benefits

Company: Leading UK Contractor

My client is a rapidly expanding main contractor that are seeking a Senior Design Manager to join their pre-construction team. The company has been trading for over 20 years and grown its turnover from £25m to £150m in the last 3 years. They operate nationally and have an impressive portfolio, working with many blue chip clients on large construction schemes up to £50m in value.

This contractor has a high volume of work and is ideal fit for anyone that likes a fast paced, busy work environment and would suit an ambitious Design Manager that is looking to take the next step in their career or a Senior Design Manager seeking a new challenge.

Key Requirements:Have worked as a design manager previouslyWorked in the build/construction industryIdeally worked across a variety of sectors including student accommodation, residential and mixed-use developments.Prepared to work on sites across the countryStable employment history working for main contractor is ideal but not essentialAble to work effectively with others
